Akrapovice or Leo Vince with GIVI side case rack

Hello,

May I know if there are any issues installing an aftermarket exhaust such as Akrapovic or Leo Vince on their F650GS/800GS that's fitted with GIVI side case rack (PL690)?

I'd like to change my stock exhaust with either of the two but I'm not sure if it will clear the GIVI racks.

In case anyone is interested to know, I'd like to confirm that Akrapovic clears the GIVI PL690 side racks with no problem. Closest point between rack and exhaust is about 5mm.

That's not a lot! How hot does the can get?

I'm not sure but with the stock exhaust, clearance was not much, about 10mm I think.

Will found out soon when I get a chance to ride this weekend.
