Personally i cannot see how the rear rack of the Adventure, and the BMW panniermount for the 1200GS would interfer with each other. The only thing that could make this impossible seems to be if the handles on the rear rack gets in the way when mounting the panniers, but i could be wrong.

The 1200GS panniers use the two mounting "slots" as well as the mushroom bolt. The Adv rack mounting uses the same "slots" so the rack would need to be removed to fit standard panniers.

Why does the 1200 rack remind me of the starship Enterprise

[FONT=Comic Sans MS]I wonder how much its going to cost to change the rear rack from an adv and put the standerd one on? Its got to be worth it for the better panniers????

Wow thats another £6,000,000 :D or was that how much stave Austin cost??? If you dont know who he is your toooo young to be on a bike !!!! :thumb
