Alt belt, from a car shop do I ask for

Is the alt. belt on an 1100 just a standard thing I can order from the local car parts shop?

If so do I just ask for a 610mm 4 rib belt?

Want one for a spare so not taken the existing off.

May not be of much help,but my spare 1150 belt is made by Contitech.

I just cannot find the time to go over there at the moment, car shop on the way home says they are a £5.50 listed as a 610 x4 rib or a 613 x 4 rib.

I'm up at 4.30am and not getting home to gone 7.00pm at the moment. the wife can call in the car shop anytime for me though.

610 x 4 rib is fine.

The bmw belt is 611 x 4 rib

Last one I bought from a local car accesory shop was a goodyear belt , it was only £3.75 and was a 610 4 rib belt
