Had one of the zips go on my Altbergs only 18 months old, asked to send back they would check them over.

Phone call this afternoon yes zip broke alot earlier than would be expected, both boots to have zips done and inner liners all free of charge

Can only say the wait in the first place is worth it for these boots..

Yes. Ordered some new laces and leather gris treatment 10am Wednesday. Delivered 9am Thursday. Amazing service.
