Just fitted Walts Ultra-Thin 35 watt ballasts, to my 12GSA. I bought a kit, but I have use one and the other my brother will be using. The interesting thing about the Ultra thin 35 ballast, its so small. I have managed to hide it under the Black side panel above the fuel tank. All I used was a couple of small L shape brackets and attached them to some original mounting points for other parts on the GSA. As the Ultra thin 35 is so small it fits in there nicely, I don't think the bigger units would fit, but its out of sight and nice and secure. :thumb2 All I have to do now is get out sometime and see the results of this kit.

Many thanks to Walt. :thumb2

Dam

:o Dam, thought I was doing so well, lesson to be learned, don't post anything until its all put back together. :o :blast

Just found when putting beak back on, it fouling the hid, only just, but enough and I'm not going to go cutting anything off. So I'm going to have to move it, but "I have a cunning plan my lord". :wasntme

Fixed

Sorted, turned the brackets upside down. Everything now fits nicely. Phew. :o :thumb :bounce1
