Alternator Belt

I usually carry a spare alternator on my travels. I have just swapped my 2003 1150 for a new 1200; does anyone know if the alternator belts are the same? or have I now got a spare spare belt? My research tells me that the alternator belt for both models is 595mm in length, but are they the same belt? Don't want to wait till I'm in the proverbial before I find out it doesn't fit.

the 1150 has an adjustable alternator mount doesn't it?

The 1200 doesn't. The elast belts are much harder to get onto a 12, but there isn't any tensioning required - what does the dealer say regarding the parts numbers?
