Thats typical isnt it , i take it you cant live with a low one or lift it up on the adjusters

Well, I could live with it I guess, and I'd probably get used to it but I'ts not realy the point. Its an expensive seat (£560) so I think I should get what I ordered.
It is so annoying and causes the customer grief when some muppet picks up the wrong box...

No true see your point its not what you ordered , just alot of messing about now though
sent back my sargent seat after a few days - rear step put me in new position which created lower back pain not there with standard. I do reasonably ok with standard after 12k but keep wondering about a sheepskin cover which I have seen rated.
