Went over to Barnstormers Adventure day this morning on the GS, when we got there a guy comes over and tells me I had a screw in my back tyre (funnily we got one in the rear tyre of my Honda there at the RT launch)! After a quick look round we decided to try and make it the 10 miles home, as soon as we left the warning lamps were on and the gauge showed a drop down to 2 bar about a mile up the road, now 1,9 bar I thought why didn't I see if Bahnstormers had a tyre so we went back, now 1,7 bar. Unfortunately they didn't have a tyre as well as being too busy but they would pump the tyre up for me, which they did. So we had options of leaving the bike there and getting a taxi, calling BMW assist or trying to ride home, then while discussing this the kind guys at Barnstormers offered to take us and the bike home in their van! We kindly took this option, very good of them as my bike came from a different dealer!

I've been using Bahnstormers @ Alton recently for parts; switched to them as Nutty says they were good, and having had a piss poor experience @ another main dealer thought I'd give them a go.

Well.......have to say I was very impressed!! Telephone was answered promptly & politely; clarification & confirmation given of the parts I wanted; swift delivery; good comms via e-mail & phone

I shall be using them again.....well done to the lads there!!

I go there often my mate lives up the road must try n get my fuel thingy looked at soon,as I got no joy from maidstone will try there too.
