Android / iPhone app showing daily activity summary

Earlier today I saw an android app that showed a summary of the users activity, as in appointments, calls made, photos, social, texts - looked like the screen I used to get on a very old windows phone - but much better, brilliant summary, sure as eggsareeggs way better than the dismal ios offering.

Anyone know what it is, and before someone shouts "Google is your friend", already done that, but can't find exactly this kind of summary/snapshot app.

Hopefully this won't derail into a android vs iphone saga.

But what I'm after is an app that shows in a single screen (multiple pages with groupings etc) the actual stuff that happened, was entered etc in a single 24 hr period.

Sounds like what you get as standard interface on BB10 :)

Ps try that cover lock thing...it is extremely flexible and can probably be made to do pretty much what you're describing.....I use it on my cheapo chinese android that I have so work can't get hold of me :)
 
yes I know - the irony !!

I've missed that classic summary view, and this app (wished I'd asked what it was now) also provided a historic "day" view.

I may finally have to switch from the iPhone to Android, que questions as to what device is as good as an iPhone ...
 
Fanum : what's the cheapo Chinese android handset you've got ? Any good ? As I reckon I might trial android before switching wholesale.

The Twin Sim slots work well....(A free Giff Gaff in one and an O2 in t'other)....I stuck in a 64GB micro sd card that was under 8 quid from Ebay as well, and it's surprisingly solid for what it is.


I hated Android as an OS at first, but I've grown to quite like it once I discovered how you can totally change everything.

As a backup phone that I can also use as an MP3 player in the car, I can't fault it for that money TBH.

I ordered it before I was kindly given a BB Z10 as a deal.....I vastly prefer the BB but then I've used them for years, but the Android is always around so if the kids have dire need of one or Rosie breaks hers one day, there's a spare operational unlocked unit to hand :)
