I am a fan of Anker products, nicely designed and made.

Their mini powerbank is good just to sling in a pocket, into a backpack or tank bag, just a fallback if you find yourself with a failing phone battery.

It weighs next to nothing and is not an awful lot larger than an old fashioned matchbox. Having no lead, the built in male USB-C plugs straight into most modern phones. It kicks out enough juice to put some life into an iPad, too.

Recommended.

Currently on offer on various sites.

Anyone tripping over this thread but maybe wanting something between the ‘mini’ and a full blown ‘brick’, I wouid suggest an Anker Nano.

As it has a retractable USB-C lead / USB-A and a USB-C female socket, coupled to a small size, nice design and low weight (good in pocket, for example) it might suit some.

As it happens my dear wife just gave me an Anker Nano mini as a birthday gift. She obviously didn’t appreciate that my ancient IPhone 13 Pro uses the Lightning connector. 😢

You can remind her in good time for Christmas 🤣
