Another decat post (sorry)

Help! Bought some second hand OEM headers. Arrived two weeks late so only have this weekend to decat them before heading up to Hilltop motorcycles to get bike tuned next weekend.

Seems I have two options. Saw in half? Or hammer n chisel?

If I take the first option can anyone recommend a good place to get it welded back together? Ideally not too far from Chelmsford in Essex.

Or is the second option easier? I've seen a previous post which I can't seem to find at the moment which says this takes about two hours?

Any help or advice much appreciated. Thanks

Ive used the smash the cat method before on an all ready failed cat on my old range rover. I'd try smashing it with a chisel . If that don't work then look into cutting it. No harm trying first.

Decided to 'cut n shut'. Found a useful post.

Decent stainless headers and keep the old ones is cheaper in the long run.
