You can get the free version of 'Mailwasher' somewhere on this site :-

I've upgraded to the registered version and love it to bits, the program checks your pop3 mail for you prior to it being downloaded by your email program I.E Outlook express.

You can then choose which emails you want delivered to your inbox and which ones you want to delete and which ones you want to bounce back to the sender, after you bounced them a couple of times they give up, the only problem being there are plenty to take their place.
