Hi!

Here is hoping someone can help My brother in law is moving to the UK - Norwich (where I currently live) in June. He is enduro/off-road/bush,mountain,forest riding MAD. I am trying to find as much information as I can about clubs/groups in Norwich/Norfolk that do enduro/trail/offroad/get dirty riding. Any help will be much appreciated - just a nudge in the right direction if I am way off track.....no pun intended . Thank you

Hiya Debs, to be honest from the start, your brother is going to have a bit of a problem with finding any mountains in this neck of the woods.

Taking a bit of a guess here but I would think that he is likely to be arriving bike less or on a big trailie. If a big trailie then there are miles of green lanes around these parts. Local Ordanance Survey map will show where its legal to ride, you would need to study it to understand it.

1st search if that is correct is the local TRF (Trail Riding Fellowship) I don't think they are in the phone book but a PM to say Timpo will result in contact details for your local group.

If he is bikeless then he needs to decide what he wants to do. Motorcross, Enduro, Trials, Trails etc. Ice racing only happens on alternate leap years.

Good place to start is the Norwich Vikings club, they cater for all types, both country and western.

We have an occasional local trail ride around here and we are only about half an hour away, keep your eyes open in this section cos it suddenly happens when the sun shines.
