Any interest?

I see there's a bit of interest in a North Wilts pub meet and was wondering if, without wanting to step on any toes, anyone's interested in a meet closer to Bristol? Jules and i had a lovely pint and some good pub food at The Railway Inn at Clutton last weekend and i thought it might be a good venue for a ride/beer/chat.

Sounds okay to me, been meaning to pop along to one of the South-West meets for a while. Again a weekend is better for us, maybe a Sunday lunch-time?

Weekday evenings always sound like a good idea but we tend to run out of time.

Not sure if people might also fancy meeting up at Compton Abbas Airfield (Shaftesbury) sometime? Ideal for a Dorset/South Wilts meet.

Henstridge is an equally great airport cafe meet, if you fancy an alternative.

....and Popham Airfield (near Andover) is another great destination. Open to bikes second Sunday every month which also coincides with fly-in days and other events - good cafe and BBQs during the summer.
Great route/ride from my neck of the woods....up over the mendips, towards Shepton, then Frome, Longleat and the excellent B390 over to Stonehenge (then a few dull miles on the A303) - 90 miles each way from Weston Super Mud.
