any more power in the GS?

hi, i'm new to the world of GS.. have just test rode the new 1200gs.. really good. does anyone know if there's more power to be had? I know it's not all about power, but just curious.. just in case..

I'm sure there is more power. One of the new bikes released this year, using the same engine, has about another 10bhp.
