Those are the only serious offroad tyres available in my country.

Compared with TKC80s i've heard they're a bit better offroad/muddy/soft terrain grip.

But worn out extremely quickly on tarmac, normal mileage if ridden on offroad.

Anyone can confirm? Has any experiences?

Nice

Hi there I had a Karoo fitted on the back of my GS100PD and really liked it, good offroad mainly sand work over here and OK on the road but a bit noisy.

would recommend it always like metz tyres, on road bikes and off-road.

Installed a Bridgstone after that one and after about 3000kms mainly road work it disintergrated, all the knobs flew off.

All I have talked to have the same experience:

TKC80 = best milage and best on tarmac.
Karoo = best offroad grip.

The difference i milage is huge. Also when driven only offroad.

A good offroad compromize could be TKC80 rear tire and Karoo front.
