Any South East Dealers with good clothing departments?

Does anyone know of a BMW dealer in the South East that has a good clothing department, Coopers Tunbridge Wells don't have too much and SLM have never impressed me with their range.

Jimbogs1200 and I are thinking of taking a ride to Guildford on Saturday to see what they are like, can anyone comment on Vines up there?

Bahnstormer are very good. You could call ahead and if you know your size they will get the gear in. Top service.

I was in Vines on Sunday and it was quite sparse in the clothing dept.

What is your shopping objective? Any BMW dealer can order you anything in the catalogue in any size you like. Even car dealers could probably order you bike clothing if you have the correct part number.

Well its a tricky one really.

I fancy an airflow jacket, I might get a system-6 whilst I am at it and maybe a pair of winter gloves as well as a new pair ready for summer.

Trouble is that I want to find somewhere that might have these items so that I can try them on for size and actually get a feel for the product. Something that looks good on paper and has a specification that suits does not always live up to the billing when you get to see it in the flesh does it?

Then best to ring them first

The chaps at Bahnstormers are very helpful on the clothing and parts bit. They had the stuff you asked for (airflow, system 6, winter and summer gloves) the last time I was in .. but in my size (and I am much smaller than a standard GS rider)

The other place that has lots of stock and are really nice is North Oxford. Again give them a call just to be sure.

I am sure they are probably getting stuff in for March at the moment.
