Any1 got the Auxiliary bag below the luggage rack BMW R 1200 GS •CORDURA®• 01-055-1226-0

Is it a good purchase ?? What can you put in there,is there space for a anti-rain pants???

Mine arrived yesterday. I haven't had a chance to fit it yet and won't until Monday.

It's kidney shaped so doesn't have quite as much space as I'd thought.

It'll hold the toolkit, with quite a bit of space to spare. I envisage the toolkit, couple of bulbs, multi head screwdriver and one or two 100ml bottles of engine oil.

Bet you could make something just as good out of an old sock and some gaffer tape.

mine arrived today so fitting it tomorrow with T'tecs rear number plate thingy and hand protector extensions...

the under rack bag isn't big but will take the first aid kit, disc lock and even my mp3...the only fear is that it might "walk" when left unattended...it looks as if it'll slightly catch the top box mounting rack...but not so much as to cause a problem.

I'll tell you if it fills with crap and water after Worcester to Suffolk and back this weekend...
