Anyone done a throttle body sinc ????

The bike is vibrating badly at 70mph, so bad that I cant see through the mirrors, Its been into bmw for repair, they obviously plugged the computer in because I now have self canceling indicators, ( the bike is a 2009).It was lovely and smooth before..
I was looking at balancing the throttle bodies...

I'd take it back. Sounds like you've had a software 'upgrade'!

Yes I believe that a software upgrade has been done, I dont want to take it back because I just dont trust them..I know a few independents who are great and trustworthy ...
The trouble is I dont live in london....
Ive checked all the nuts and bolts, chain tension , wheel alignment ect to no avail...I believe a software upgrade would bring the bike to euro 3 emissions, therefore choking the life out of the engine..
Thats why I was looking at the throttle bodies...Tosh
