Hi, thanks for the reply. Noticed a problem with my bike on getting in from work, called the RAC and we decided the bike required recovering. now as I have full cover I requested the bike be recovered to yourselves. RAC agreed to take it to a bike shop within 10 miles, but to take it to Peterborough (approx 30 miles) they required payment of over £100
Got through to Matt this morning, within a very short period of time he had arranged for my bike to be picked up, which it was by 3pm, they are going to look at it tomorrow. bloody good service if you ask me! fingers crossed that the diagnosis is not too bad.

Quite. I had it with them in January, and in the end I declined their offer and told them to take it home and I'll do it myself, which I did.

I've had to take my own rear wheel off in someone's workshop in the past.

Good on Balderstons for the commitment.

Well I now have my bike back from Balderstons. All sorted. Top job, good communications throughout, well pleased A public thanks to Gar(r)y, Matt and everyone else involved. Recommended!
