What Tyre pressure you running
I`m moving there in a couple of months and wondered if any of you lot lived there?

Just been there for 6 years and now I am here. Lovely place, very expensive, and (I hate to mention it) 9 miles by 6 miles with a max speed limit of 40mph. Still France is only a £150, 45 minute ferry ride away.
Any hints or help PM me...

I'm from Jersey and spend time over there but now have farm in Devon. Born there and spent all my life on the rock until recently. Was over in Jersey again the week before on my return from Calum's Road.
Frustrating riding around in ever decreasing circles. Not much chance of any off-roading unfortunately. As stated above, its only 1 hour across to France.
Bike dealers are all very good. Local BMW dealer has improved massively recently and now keep full range of bikes in stock and have decent enthusiastic staff.
Anything you want to know about Jersey just ask.
Oh and Arsey is from the inferior northern island of Guernsey. You can always take a day trip over there but remember to put you watch back 30 years when you arrive.

Hi there, we are on Herm Island working which is 3 miles off the coast of Guernsey. We moved here from the Peak district last year. Hope its all going well for you.
Your lucky ones , no chance of speeding over there unless its on a quad . Do you get over here much ?

Yes, i use a quad over here, but nothing can beat riding a few hundred miles on the GS, although not much chance of any long trips around Guernsey! Planning a trip down to Southern Spain in October at the end of the season.
