Unlike the Savanna and Santiago jackets, the Rallye Pro lacks a two-way zip on the jacket and I find that when I mount the bike the zip sometimes parts at the bottom.

It's not helped by the fact it is often difficult to fully locate the two parts of the zip together. Has anyone else had problems?

No mate , my zip is just fine :)

The only problem i have is that it is too cold to use in the winter :( but great in the summer :sunshine

My zip is fine, although it is a bugger to zip together. Just a thought, but you are zipping the right zip, as on more than one occasion I did zip the wrong one and it came open.

BM clothing has a 2 year warranty. If the zip is faulty and you have your receipts to prove a claim, its worth getting the zipper repaired/replaced under warranty at a dealer.

If not, it might be worth asking if a dealer can offer a repair service anyway. I got my Savanna 2 trouser press stud replaced by the former SPC when it broke after 3 months use.

I've had the same problem with 2 Atlantis Jackets. The problem appears to occur only when zipped (with the short zip to the trousers).

Size of jacket is not an issue - the zip bottom is in the elasticated base of the jacket, which is designed to be 'tight' regardless of the jacket size.
