Hi guys anyone got the Hepco and becker chrome engine and tank/headlight bars fitted?Gonna get some just wanted to know how easy/hard to fit to my 1150GSA... I Thank You........

I fitted the black version to my 1100 gs many moons ago... although not difficult to fit , they did require a bit of gentle / mild bending in a vice to keep them clear of the headlight glass.( think it did mention something in the german instructions re "user adaption".)
Other than that straight fwd, just watch your paint work.

Thanks northerngit yes im guessing they dont fit like a glove first time,i need to find out if these bars need to be removed for service or they can stay on,and i like the chrome against the black paint although may look a bit to blingy so undecided on that at mo......... thanks for your input buddy

I've got the chrome bars fitted to my standard 1150GS. The previous owner fitted them so I don't know how much bother they were, having said that he ordered the GSA ones and made up a small link plate for each side. They don't need to be removed for service but they need to be loosened. I've had the heads and the front engine case off with them in place.
I can email you pictures of it if you want them.
