Hi,

I've installed the unit and all seems fine. The only issue is I'm unable to get music/route guidance playing through my cardo packtalk bold headset on the helmet. It keeps playing the sound through the unit and the connection to my cardo is being lost. Any advice or tips?

The best way is to connect phone to Aoocci and phone to headset. No other connections needed as it will confuse things…
