Aoocci Delivery Problems or not?

The other half ordered a C6 for me for Christmas. Ordered on 8th December (I didn't expect it before Christmas).
Anyways, on 19th December she got an email to say that the order had been 'fulfilled' 10 days ago i.e. 9th December.
She has since sent an email querying this and asking for a delivery date. No other communications from Aoocci.

I'm thinking 'order fulfilled' may just mean 'ordered confirmed'?

What communications did others have when ordering from Aoocci?

I ordered my C3 on the 3/12 and hadn’t heard anything so mailed them on the 12/12, they came back to me in an hour or so and said it was now back in stock and being shipped, sure enough I got a tracking link and can see it’s currently in Heathrow having cleared customs.

I didn’t expect it to arrive quickly but they have been spot on with their comms once I asked the question.

Its not just Aoocci, I ordered a Carpuride W702BS 3rd December, quoted 7 - 10 days. Still nothing. Just bad timing i guess.

Update - my C6 arrived late Christmas eve and given as a boxing day prezzie.
Received a 'been delivered' email from Aoocci.
