I have an I pad 2nd generation on which the Google screen has gone into spit mode and I cannot find how to get out of. It, so hopefully a ray of hope before the hammer falls!.

When you say Google has gone into spit mode, do you mean your browser screen is showing two screens side by side?

I'm assuming you have google one side & another app alongside. If so, this should sort you out: -

Thanks very much guess this has got sorted! Typing error in the tile but all wiil be sorted ok. Saved another recycling problem
