Apple support down?

Seems unlikely, but every time I try to get chat help with my Airpods (left one not working), I get the message "403 Forbidden"

I was mid chat yesterday and it suddenly disconnected and has been 403 every since.

Can't find any mention of it online so I presume it's something I'm doing. Tried the obvious routes to no avail.

Anyone have a clue?

It's personal, they cut you off because they had better things to do; like lunch, or a nap.
