My Peg's exhaust was rotten and fell apart when I took it apart, so as I had a spare GS1200 can I decided to see if there was a way to get it on... and there is.
I think it looks really good, it fits very well with the mount lining up with the original point on the frame, it just needed the strap moving along slightly.
I got a local bespoke exhaust company to do the joins, and although it wasn't cheap, it is very good - using stainless pipes they made a 2 into 1 system with welds like you would find on an aircraft.
It sounds nice as well, not loud but not as quite as the stock system.
Probably lighter than the 2 original cans added together.
