Have a 1200GSA and TourX. Found that I could ride at 70mph+ with visor up due to bigger screen but that visor misted when down due to lack of airflow. I now wear goggles with the TourX and keep the visor up. Works great and looks great as well.
Had my Tour X for 2 years and love it but won`t be using it for long haul again. The buffeting gets ridiculous and after a trip to Italy last week with 3 other Tour X owners, we all have the same issues as below:
Downsides: Noisy, in the rain it`s nightmare because of the venting, too much buffeting, visor changing is tedious and the visor keeps closing on it`s own (they all do that sir say Arai - no they don`t!!)
Plus points: Comfortable, lots of room by the chin, looks great, peak is brilliant in low sun conditions.
Thinking of a flip up Nolan for distance but will keep the Tour X for local.

I found out that if you stick to your guns and avoid earplugs, the second problem will kind of sort itself out...!

I use a Tour-X on a 1200GS with a NN cockpit screen and find it fine at all speeds (just need to be careful that you don't 'lift your head' when returning to straight ahead after life savers - that's the only time I've found that the peak catches).
I've found it OK at speeds up to about 115 mph (though I don't think you could sit at that speed all day with the cockpit screen anyway).
I've even sprayed the top of the visor to 'black out' lower than the peak does - helps a lot with the low sun on my way to, and from, work.
Overall I think it is a brilliant helmet - though I wouldn't use without ear plugs (especially with the Remus Genesis can (and headers) which has very little baffle).

The lid is top notch. Ear plugs are a must to all regardless...really. It's the passive 96db plus constant wind noise that'll
your hearing. You just have to fit them properly and find a type you get on with. The lid worn on a 1200GSA is just brill, I'm 6 foot and ride with the highest seat setting and no problems with buffeting or excessive turbulance at any speed. The build quality, fit; you can get different thickness cheek and head padding from your supplier and paint job is great.
