try the local trf group....ISTR that west wales trf group was in the offing a few years back!
alternatively try caerphilly club...(the trf meets there 1st tuesday each month 8ish)
based at rugby club in bedwas...tuesdays 9ish they run regular off road ride outs every weekend
that way you get the routes and support trf!

Try this link www.vdsr.co.uk based down in ystradenglais, think thats how you spell it, organise ride outs most weeks, good bunch, been on some great trails.
