I started to write this up a few weeks ago but as I had already done it for another thread I cancelled it and left it.
This event was "open invite" and pablo666 was the only UKGser to say he was coming. In the end he missed the ferry and did the route I had planned in reverse. We in fact overtook him and his riding buddy on the A26 on the way back to Calais!!
