You can use the VIN checker to see if your bike is affected but I'd assume dealers would be reaching out to people directly:

“A technical review found that an incorrect bolt may have been installed in the Automated Shift Assistant (ASA) clutch release lever in affected units, which may cause unusual noise or clutch concerns over time,” says the service campaign notice.
SMC Asia Car Distributors Corporation, also known as BMW Motorrad Philippines, clarified that the issue affects only specific units and not all BMW R 1300 GS Adventure motorcycles equipped with ASA. The company said affected owners will be contacted directly by authorized BMW Motorrad service centers for inspection and replacement of the affected component. Customers may also verify whether their motorcycle is included in the recall by checking their vehicle identification number (VIN) on the official BMW Motorrad website.

I have yet to hear how difficult it is to repair ASA when it fails . It is buried deep inside the beast .

Summary
On vehicles with optional equipment X22AA “automated shift assistant”, the selector drum may rotate the opposite direction briefly when downshifting in manual mode (‘M’ mode), particularly across transmission position ‘N’ (e.g. when shifting from 2nd gear to 1st gear). In some cases, this opposite rotation is detected as a fault due to overly sensitive component monitoring. The rider receives a corresponding warning message in the instrument cluster; the engaged gear remains engaged. The vehicle goes into a safe driving mode as designed (continue driving at idle speed only).Following turning the motorcycle of and back on again, the fault is reset, and the automated shift assistant function is available again.
The software version must be updated to a I level X001-24-11-530 or newer in accordance with the model-
specific repair instructions “61 00 510 – Programming vehicle control units”.

Thanks for that, just checked and mine not recalled. New and just had its first service so maybe that's why.
