You need to be a site sponsor to post attachments.

You can host them on the web and then link to them as an alternative.

Go to a forum, click on new thread, type out thread and then click on the 'insert image' icon above the thread box or scoll down and click on 'manage attachments'.

Thats how I do it but someone else will know far more than me.
