Saturday I pick up my 1150gs (blue and white) with bmw touring luggage, sat nav and a few small touratech bits and bobs. couldnt have an adventure because i had to lean the bike over to put my foot on the floor.
REALLY looking forward to it. Hope to tour europe a bit next year , currently planning a long trip the year after. would like to go to Tibet or North Africa. Planning to jack it all in and go.
Would like some advice though. The dealer said that the 'Y' piece for the Cat converter had been taken out by the previous owner. Is this gonna cause me any problems??

If your going to travel it's best that its removed, as petrol in Africa or Asia or South america is not up to as high a standard so your cat would be no good.
