August trip into Welsh Country

Hi Guys
Looking to come across the bridge, to tour the Valleys n hills of your wonderful country, looking to travel up from the M5 across the bridge and to go from there up to Snowdonia national park, can you give me any good suggestions of places/ roads to visit.
Nothing like a good bit of local knowledge to ensure we see the best you have to offer

Have seen a few threads also looking for some welsh hospitality B n Bs

Hi Bob if you've got time call into the West End Cafe in Llandovery, They make a nice cuppa and the grub's not too bad either, tad on the £ side though. Enjoy Wales Bob

We recently toured around snowdonia and stayed here http://www.bryn-afon.co.uk/index.htm Great hospitality good local knowledge and biker run, breakfast is brill and they have garage space for four bikes, highly reccomended

The route attached to this post is high on my list of rides to do ASAP. Been on many sections of the route and it includes most of the best places I've been in Wales.
