So I've opened a can of worms with my earplug thread - let's really get things heated.

I have an Active-7 smart. It's mainly used with the B*W Streetpilot (AKA Navigator III) and to communicate with my pillion.

I have the Autocom dedicated lead to connect the Navigator and have wired the Autocom into my back light (NOT brake light) so that power to it is cut when I turn the ignition off.

I get the whirring and clicking of the ABS amplified and yesterday I got the most horrible distortion and constant clicking from the system. I'm going to check to make sure the connections haven't come loose...

Judge and others seem to have been through what I'm about to do so any advice greatly appreciated.

Where do you have yours? How is it wired in? What have you done to improve/remove the low speed ABS noises?
