Job all sorted now the Autocom and splitter box were to near to the battery and I have re positioned them in the tool kit tray, no interference at all now.

The next question is the Autocom waterproof or resistant, how well does it stand up in the tool tray in the wet?

It's pretty water resistent Les, don't think you will have any problems using the tool tray.
