Can anyone point me in the right direction, what would be the best way to wire up my GPs and autocom, so they go off when the bike is turned off. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend the Touratech TPS-15 Power Module. Has provision to run 6 separate devices directly from the battery, so you have clean power, but also has a signal wire which detects when the ignition is on.
I am using it for my Autocom, Givi topbox brake lights, iPod, and soon will be fitting a Garmin 276C.
Do a search on TPS 15, or on my login, and you'll find info on the easiest way to connect the signal wire.

Amazing that "search" facility.
Mine's wired into the rear of the accessory socket so it goes off automatically after 15 secs when the ignition is off.
