Bought a new Autocom Pro - M7 rider to pillion for £275 + £8 P&P,last week from Tim Angus @ Cooper BMW @ Reading .
Good saving on the current RRP of £352 and equivalent to the old AutoCom Tenth Anniversary offer that was running from NEC 2002 until June 2003.
My local dealer wanted the £352 and wouldn't budge to the old offer price - so with a bit of ringing around - 10 mins....... I managed to locate what I wanted at the right price............it pays to shop around...........as they say.

Bet they've still got a couple left.

I've been watching a couple on EBay recently and an old Pro M1,used twice went for £275 + P&P,without warranty.......jeez what people will pay for untried, unwarranted goods and another went for £220.
Hope it pleases my pillion Jo, because it'll be different not to be riding with my own thoughts - spooky..........can you get used to it????
Do you lose concentration.......Certainly hope not........well I can always pull the lead out.........

Don't know what was included in your kit but Balderstons are doing the M7 for £247

This may or may not be of interest.

Checked the Balderstons link and the Pro M7 kit @ £247 doesn't include the bike powered link and extension leads.
So £275 @ Cooper BMW , I reckon is the best price.
How current is the Balderstons offer - is it historic.........?????????
Looks like the the old Tenth Anniversary offer, even ringing Autocom direct last week produced the price of £352 for the Pro M7 bike powered rider to pillion kit. They said the old offer was firmly closed.
Cooper BMW were true to their word and delivered the system for £275 + P&P,when everybody else said the offer was closed and the price was £352.

Nice one John, I have now upgraded me 1970’s Sonic (ah remember t’ days when ‘twas more than a name for a cartoon hedgehog) Intercom, and made the Nady obsolete too. Been after Autocom for a while, was thinking of getting before this years jollies – you’ve forced my hand………………..(you can use it in the car can’t you ? ;) )
Who can live without an intercom on two up bikes ? No more ‘ends’ to arguments – it’s great ! No distraction (personally I don’t listen to music, or use a phone) but plenty of bonuses :-
“Vulture on left”
“Wasn’t that an unmarked police car we just passed”
“Keep your eyes on the road”
“I was just wondering”
How pillions put up with endless miles on the back without communication I can’t understand.
And finally, an unforgettable true one of mine that goes like this
Bev : “I could do with a pee, could we stop”
Fritz “I need petrol in 120 miles, can you hang on?”
Thanks mate - there's one in the post to me at price you quoted - sounded like there were more there.

another satisfied Coopers customer

Thanks for the lead JohnnyBoxer. I've just bought a wild collection of Autocom bits to do bike to bike (his and hers) and rider to pillion, apparently on each. I'm sure it will all make sense when it arrives.

Cheers again for the tip off. BTW, Coopers still have some more and are currently discounting all BM gear by 25%. Their prices on the BM Navigator are most excellent (its all relative) too! I would but my piggy bank has now been well and truly smashed, grabbed and pawned this month!
