Just bought the autocom pro for my gs1200...fitting it this weekend

Wondered if you could let me know where you have stuck your rider and passenger sockets

I've gone for straight leads from these to the helmets

Thanks boys and girls in advance :beerjug:

I no longer have my 1200, but I bought a couple of self-adhesive plastic 'carrier hooks' (I'm sure there's a better name for them) from Autocom, which I stuck low down on the left side of the tank just above the seat. In my case, there were two: one for the headset and one for the PTT button. The passenger one was rarely used and lived, rolled up, under the seat (in the tool tray). If I needed it, I just wedged the connector between the two parts of the seat.

Any help?

I think they are called P clips and I put mine on the tank up by the filler cap(no tank bag on mine),the passenger one was left under the seat.

I used the 'P' Clips but changed to these :

I have the rider one stuck on the GSA on the top face of the tank black panel (the one with the BMW badge on). WIth this time of clip you can tidy the plug away nicely, also when in use just pull it through due to some slack in the cable and plug your helmet in. I use the coiled helmet extention lead.

I normally get my bits off Chainspeed or Ebay.
