Hi
I have just re-fitted my Autocom system following a couple of years on a Bluetooth system.
Being a couple of years since I used the Autocom and being of senior years with failing memory can anyone tell me why When making a phone call through iPhone 4 Bluetoothed to Zumo 550, I can hear the other party but they cannot hear me ?
Everything else seems to work OK ?

Cheers for any Help chaps.

Oh OK so that is Aux 1 instead of 4, will that still allow Zumo audio directions through to headset ok ?

Being an old tosser my memory is not what it is but I think so. I also seem to remember having a cable that was a sort of two into one affair but I could be wrong. Unfortunately I have a starcom now so can't check.

Think you need a special lead, had the same problem. Just plugs into 550 mount easy to do. The problem is there is no connection from your mike to the Zumo just from zumo sound to helmet. So you can hear callers but they can't hear you.
Do a search or contact Sam at Chainspeed. He is very helpfull and probably has the lead you want in stock. :thumb

Hi,

Not sure which model Autocom you have but it it is a Super Pro then you usually hard wire the Zumo to Aux2. You can wire it to Aux 1 but you need to maker sure that Aux1 is not power enabled if is a Pre 2009 unit.

Connecting to Aux 1 means sound does not get auto reduced however this should not make any difference to others hearing you.

Some things to check include position and orientation of mic in you helmet and that all is wired up and connected properly, also you may need to adjust thevox sensitivity on the hub unit as if it is on the least sensitive setting mike not be activated when you speak.

Hope this helps.

Sorry, but you do need to tell us which Autocom unit you have.

For example, the Super Pro Avi and Super Pro Remote behave differently if you are trying to connect a Zumo.
