AVG toolbar ....

... has just appeared on my PC.
And I've just spent half an hour trying to get rid of the thing and haven't worked out how to do it.
So can someone put me out of my misery and tell me how to get rid of the thing pretty please.

EDIT> It's worth uninstalling crap like this.......any add on bar consumes resources and makes your browsing slower........the lesson is to read the install boxes when they pop up...these companies have a habit off hiding their shyte toolbar install permissions in a series of boxes that you have to click through- by the time you've got through 3 or 4 and the one that says 'do you want to install our crappy toolbar as well?', the chances are you'll not even see it and click 'next', not even noticing that you should have unticked a box so the crap doesn't get installed
