It says it meets CE and DOT standards. Does that mean it will pass an MOT? I can't see how without the high beam - or maybe the fog counts as a low beam?

Looks pretty similar in concept and using similar lamps to the Acerbis Cyclope / Cyclops ... in which case the smaller projector light is a low beam and the larger reflector is a high beam
