Does anybody know if B-Twins in Italy are still in business?

They make a great product which cures the throttle issue some people have, you know, the take a second twist problem.
Their product however replaces the pulleys in the throttle splitter which is attached to the airbox.

I want to buy one but do not seem to be able to find anywhere on the web where I can get one.

If the worst comes to the worst I will draw my own version up on CAD and get a quote from a local engineering firm, just much less hassle if I can buy one.

Cheers for any assistance offered :thumby:

I too am interested in the throttle mod, and like you haven't been able to find them in the last few months. You could be onto a little earner if you could get your own made up!

Cheers for the information, I have thought about it at the handlebar end, but to be honest space in there is quite tight and you have to remove half of the threads on the retain screw to avoid interference.
Much prefer to make the modification within the cable splitter as there is plenty more room, and it will be a more robust solution.

Might not need to do it now though as I am test riding a multi-strada on saturday and might end up getting one of them instead, although my boiler packed in this morning, second time in a week, so might not be getting one anyway lol.

It looks like B-Twins are off the radar at the moment so will get a costing at making one up, and should it be successful I will see how much a batch is and post info on here, see who might be interested in a group purchase to help get the price down.

Nice bike when running but beware if you do anything above sports bike mile ages per year. By 16k mine had had the heads changed twice and parts generally took 3 weeks to turn up.

Bloody hell, what went wrong with the heads, warped, valve issues, thats alot of heads in not a lot of miles?

Thats the problem with forums, maybe problem is the wrong word, but to be honest if I had read this forum about the GS prior to buying I don't think I would of bought one, gearbox issues, clutch issues, driveshaft issues, vibration issues, final drive issues, fuel sender issues etc etc. Its the same with the new LC version, bent frames, poor finish quality, clocks that can easily be stolen, gearbox problems etc etc, my friend has a new LC and after 1000 miles, new engine, new final drive, new drive shaft, its totally bonkers!!
Makes you wonder what bike you should buy that won't give you any issues??

I have found from experience that a GS run daily hardly has any of the faults that come up on this forum and if you do get an issue after sales service is 1st class. I had exactly the opposite experience with the multi in terms of reliability and service. BUT it is an excellent bike when working
