Hi All,
Back again from a couple of years ago, but needed to create a new user name, either the old one's expired or I've got it wrong on the log-on. So now I've selected the new user name from the Japanese Kamikaze 'divine wind', but seeing as there's nothing divine about my wind I've shortened it to Kaze
Been playing with Bikes for a while now, started with an AP50 at 16 and got hooked, then a YZ125 (probably the most fun of all), passed my test & got a CB250RSd then had a bit of a gap before getting an FZR400RR, great fun on the twisties but not practical for other stuff. Followed that with a VFR750FT, great bike but after a while it feels a little bland, then bought an 1100GS. Didn't like it for the 1st hour of the test ride, but then it grew and grew and grew on me - Fantastic bike. Had fantasies of doing some long distance touring in comfort but with the same sorta set-up as the GS, so I got a 1200RT, again a great bike but I missed my GS. Just test rode the new 800GS & was very keen, so I've been back here to get all the gen'. Put my deposit down on the GS on Wednesday...so I'm back. GSer's please forgive this prodigal son
