Back from Morocco

when I fitted some renthal's to my friends Sertao - we opted to drill the hole for the locating pin. Didn't cause any issues.

What's the easiest pain free method to remove the pin? Note; there's no chance at all to pill it out with pliers.

It's plastic, file or Dremel it off, if the switches move on the new bars wrap some taper around them.

No the pins are metal. Dremelled the plastic away from the rear but the pin is still stuck tight. Trying to do as little damage as possible.

Same here. Think the renthal bars are much stronger than the OEM offerings. I drilled mine when i fitted the bars 7 years ago now, and despite being down on several occasions the bars don't seem to have suffered/

I dremelled out the plastic bits holding the pins, but it's messy. Oh well, it can't be seen.

Placed side by side with the oem bars the enduro bend is almost identical. Same height and sweep.
