back tyre problem

just had a new back tyre fitted on tue last, by bmw here in dublin and the fecking thing is FLAT.......can't see nothing in tyre and when I washed it with soap the air was leaking from around the spokes. Would I be right to take it back what you guys say?

Errrm...... it does have an inner tube you know - could have been pinched up by the spanner monkey that fitted the tyre.
