Backrest for excess luggage

Does anyone know of an after market manufacturer who makes a backrest/sissybar for an Adv ? Hopefully not ..... it'll keep the Missus off this bike !

Only thing I've seen is a Corbin replacement saddle with built-in backrest.

Yes, I've seen it & the price tag! Didn't really want to spend that much & wait about 3-4 months. I'm going to take my low seat up to Melvyn in Coventry & have him do a 'Corbin' job on it. Would be nice if I could get a backrest to match.

I read on the American GS site that you can get a back resat with built in speakers for the BMW topbox. Ooohh I dread the thought of the looks.

Rainman, you can try this lot www.bestrestproducts.com.They are really expensive but it might give you some idea of what could be made up.

Have you tried any local small engineering firms to custom build something ?
