Baffle in Remus Can ??

I've just bought a REMUS can and y-piece for the 1150GS.
The vendor didn't know if it has a road-legal baffle in it.
Sounds stupid but before I fit it how do I know if one is fitted. What am I looking for?

The end can aperture will appear 'double-walled' if the baffle is in and 'single-walled' if the baffle is out or it doesn't have a baffle.

That's based on the Remus Revolution I had and in that can it is removable by drilling out the rivet that holds it in place and you can put it back when you want by using a screw to hold it in place.
