I've used Baglux covers and tank bags before and always found them useful so when the "new" 1150 GSA came with one among the various extras I decde d to fit the cover at the weekend only to find one of the securing straps was missing.
Just rang Baglux, spoke to a very nice lady, described the strap and asked if it was possible to buy one.
She took my details and then told me she would send one out free of charge in todays post!
Now that's what I call customer service!
